Phalahari Chutney,no cook green chutney with tomato and coriander leaves, vrat ki hari chutney, tamatar dhaniya falahari chutney is easy and simple chutney made with fresh tomato, coriander leaves and spiced with green chilies. This is one of my favorite chutney and I have posted which is not satvik chutney version so here I am posting today falahari or satvik chutney for vrat or upvaas, this is one chatni that can be serve with almost everything whether you are fasting or not.
When I posted the tomato cilantro chutney lot of people ask me does the chutney taste raw as nothing is cooked here, for that my answer is try and check it out. In my parents home and in-law place this is one of the top chutney recipe that is made almost 3-4 times a days and serve with everything we love this. This is one of the most simple chutney recipe, nothing much to do just grab the ingredients and grind and you have delicious chutney ready, do try and let me know how you liked it

Falahari Tamatar Dhaniya Ki Chatni (Chutney) Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 Medium - Tomato/Tamatar
- 1/2 Cup - Green Coriander/Hara Dhaniya
- 2 - Green Chillies/Hari Mirch
- 1/4 tsp - Chopped Ginger (optional)
- 1 tsp - Lemon Juice (optional)
- To Taste - Rock Salt/Sendha Namak
Method:
- Wash and chop tomato, halve green chili, grind together with rest of ingredients other than lemon juice into fine paste, don't add water. If using lemon juice add now and mix well.
Serve with anything of your choice, works great with paratha, pakode, chilla etc during fasting.
- You can avoid ginger if you wish
- Add or reduce green chili to your taste
- If the tomatoes are sour then skip lemon juice
