Phalahari Hari Chutney or Vrat ki dhaniya chatni or fasting green coriander chutney whatever we may call is chutney recipe suitable for Navratri or any other fasting. This is no onion no garlic recipe and made with simple and few ingredients. This simple green chutney is suitable for fasting or just any day you just want to replace sendha namak (rock salt) with normal salt if not making this during fasting.
Anyways, this is one chutney that I make often during fasting as it's goes well with anything and not to mention the green color is always so eye smoother. Like I said you can make this chutney any time it doesn't limit to use only during fasting.
You can use this chutney in various recipes suitable for Navratri fasting (vrat/upwas) like:
Vrat Ke Papdi Chaat
Vrat Ke Dahi Puri
Sabudana Tikki
Sabdana Thalipeeth
