With few ingredients always available in pantry we can make this halwa in no time.
Halwa is common breakfast recipe in our home, in my parents home Atta Ke Halwa is more popular and at in-laws place suji halwa is prepared more for breakfast. I know lot of you must be thinking halwa for breakfast but yes it works as I said in my mung dal pakoda recipe these are common breakfast items.
In our place halwa is considered good if shaping using any mold it should retain shape and when scramble it should separate well without being sticky, this takes time to achieve perfection but you will get it. The below recipes works well for me always and hope it will do for you too but due to rava quality some times you have adjust water quantity.
